A synopsis of Grandmaster B.C. Yu’s "Eurythmic Method" of Teaching:

- Empty the Mind.
- Perform a single movement (or simple pattern of movements), slowly and correctly - at first.
- Repeat the movement(s) harmoniously and rhythmically (at a quicker and quicker pace) until the reflex is conditioned into “muscle memory.”
- Repeat the same pattern on each side so that you become equally adept at both sides of the body.
